Combination of Bolo fabrics from Japan and batiks.

日本から持ってきた布とバティック布のコンボです。

41" x 57" (104cm x 145cm).

Made 2 quilts from the similar blocks, and quilted them in different quilting designs, which one is swirl pattern, another is ripples. The fabrics were given by my friend as she doesn't need them since they are old patterns from 1960s.

似たようなブロックから同じキルト・トップを２枚作って、キルティングパターンを変えました。一つは渦巻き模様で、もう一つはさざ波模様です。布は1960年代の古いものでもう使わないから、と友人からいただきました。

This quilt is light weight as one layer of flannel is in between.

中綿にフランネル布を使っているので、軽量です。
